Designed for children, Max's Seafood Restaurant is an engagingly animated interactive display at Mystic Seaport's new "America and the Sea" exhibit. Guided by the indomitable feline waiter Max, kids of all ages can discover how 8 species of edible fish live, are caught, prepared and served.

Video segments from a local restaurant kitchen combined with multimedia animation, photography, sound and plenty of bioscience are served up on four iMac stations in a restaurant-styled exhibit space. A truly delicious experience!
